The Accidentals Deliver Delightfully Danceable Folk Pop with Odyssey

by Joshua (J.Smo) Smotherman November 1, 2017 7:19 pm Tagged With: Folk, folk pop, folk rock

Accidentals-Odyssey

Bonding during a high school orchestra event back in Michigan, The Accidentals have delivered 1,000+ passionate performances sharing stages with names such as Martin Sexton, Brandi Carlile, Andrew Bird, The Wailers, Joan Baez and more.

Impressed yet?

Multi-instrumentalists Sav Buist and Katie Larson along with drummer Michael Dause, aka The Accidentals, were named one of “Top 10 Bands To Watch in 2017” by Yahoo Music. They’ve also received love and praise from Billboard, Huffington Post and NPR.

Their debut album, Odyssey, is supported by Sony Masterworks and became available this summer. The album is also being supported by a wide-ranging North American tour.

Odyssey (the song) is an infectious, uplifting, radio ready single featuring memorable melodies, danceable rhythm, exquisite instrumentation and enough impact to infect a wide range of listeners while leaving them wanting more.

Considering their performance portfolio, if you ever get a chance to see them live; I say do it!

Watch the video for Odyssey below or on YouTube.
