Hey Parmy! Thanks for taking time to speak with us about your music. The most intriguing part, to me personally, about this project is you traveled from Australia to Nashville to make it happen. Please, tell us about your experience working with House of David studios. How was that? How did the atmosphere influence the recordings?
Amazing is what comes to mind. It took me a few days for it to sink in but I had a blast recording there, hard work but I loved every minute.
Tell us more about this project. What do you want listeners to think about as they stream it?
I guess its something everyone does in life, take a chance and do something huge to follow your dreams, mine was record in Nashville and as everyone does I had my doubts about what I was doing but I’m really proud of what we did.
Considering the theme of “Nashville”, how much of your personal journey is reflected in this composition? What the overall experience mean to you? And why travel across oceans to record in Nashville?
Its always been a dream of mine to to record in Nashville and see the city. The song is very personal it captures how I was feeling travelling by myself chasing a dream
What is it about this genre that draws you to it? Who are some of your favorite bands and inspirations?
I like writing all sorts of genre, I just love creating anything if I vibe with it but definitely the singer-songwriter vibe is one of my strengths
If you could collaborate with anyone – dead or alive, famous or unknown – who would it be and why?
