Multi-instrumentalist Allen Rapadas started Alas, The Ocean when he was in high school. After touring the US, he has connected with a band and they are currently writing and recording material for a new album.

Alas, The Ocean is a very smooth blend of Indie Folk Rock and the more contemporary side of Pop. This means there is some classic storytelling occurring but the music a little more energized and modern.
