Philadelphia’s alt-pop singer/songwriter Amelia Scalies is crafting songs well beyond her years.

At 14, Amelia has already accumulated quite the list of accolades, including:

• her song ‘More Than Words’ charted Top 40/AC artist on Friday Morning Quarterback,
• selected to open for Donavon Frankenreiter by Donavon himself,
• winnner of the Chester Country Hospital Foundation Battle of the Bands,
• Strawberry Festival Battle of the Bands winner.

Amelia has also opened for Joe Robinson, Boy Wonder, WaveRadio, Dan Orlando, and Beth Goldwater. Her music has taken her from Philly to NYC to Washington as well as Wilmington.

If you aren’t impressed yet, she also plays violin on top of playing guitar and writing all her songs. In other words, Amelia has mad skills!

Amelia’s music is full of passion, wisdom, and uplifting, encouraging messages aimed at everyone from children to adults.
