Andrew Reed-If All The World Were Right

Asheville, North Carolina singer/songwriter and seeker Andrew Reed is injecting the world with positive, soul lifting music on his latest project If All The World Were Right.

A delightful album of charming, engaging, enlightening acoustic rock awaits your senses on Andrew’s new record. An unafraid explorer of the human experience, Andrew’s go-go-go, bring it on attitude eventually pushed him to his limits until a doctor made him realize he had actually bitten off more than he can chew.

In other words, Andrew is a well-rounded, deep thinking individual who understands the humility of the prodigal returning home after being beaten up and down by the big crazy world he dared to face head on.

With an abundance of stories for his memoirs, Reed is a seeker, a discoverer, an advocate of self-awareness, and a bit of a philosophical recluse who prefers to express himself through beautifully crafted songs that exist on the acoustic rock spectrum somewhere among the likes of Cat Stevens, Leonard Cohen, The Moody Blues and Tom Petty.

Soaring electric guitars, driving acoustic rhythms, elegantly crafted folk rock soundscapes, and the perspective of a man who has lived his life to its limits collide for a worthwhile listening experience.

Including thirteen tracks of consistent sonic delight, If All The World Were Right is a collection of songs best enjoyed as a cohesive unit. This is a great sounding, well produced album!

You remember albums right? You know….those things we treasured, adored and collected before digital streaming singles became the trend 😉

Discussing the inner fuel for his musical creations, Andrew states,

I write referencing my own pilgrimage…one filled with victories as well as sometimes crushing defeats. I’ve always been interested in nearly everything… and recognizing that life is short…have tried to pursue life boldly. At heart, I am a philosopher…so many pieces are about the ideas of living including the struggles of modern life, the peace of nature, and the important roles of love and love-lost…all essential subjects of the story. I have been many things and have journeyed to many corners of our world. As a boy, I worked on the farms that surrounded our small Iowa town (Winthrop). At 15, and for most of the next decade, I worked summers on the sea as commercial fisherman in Alaska. College, businessman, consultant, wilderness man, traveler, and of course, songwriter are mixed in the story…”

With that in mind, it’s safe to say Andrew Reed makes music the majority of humans are able to relate with. This is accessible music that will push, pull, tug and expand your inner core. This is uplifting music that quenches the soul’s thirst for more lyrical depth and sonic substance.

You can jam If All The World Were Right on Soundcloud or Apple Music.

As the collective attention span shrinks, Eddie Canyon finds himself searching for meaning within the noise. Reaching into and around his Arkansas roots, Eddie carves a distinctively southern Hip Hop undercurrent in his exploratory approach to music. Weaving tales of battling addiction, thoughts on spirituality, and irreverent social commentary into his lyrics, Eddie aims to intrigue his audience at the least, and at most, leave them with a liberating degree of thoughtfulness. In his own words: “The Matrix is real, but there’s a way out.” Support on Spotify or Bandcamp.
