Bay area based entrepreneur, financial analyst, clothing designer, filmmaker, devoted college math professor and Hip Hop recording artist Chad Rico is preparing to release a series of singles off his 12 Weeks of Summer EP starting Friday, July 12th.

Never one to slack on his duties, Chad Rico‘s summer school starts soon and the professor has made sure the soundtrack to this summer’s antics is polished and ready to go. Supported by his own Gold & Gem Records, Chad is set to release How You Make It (July 12), Barbados (July 19), All the Love (July 26) and International Gentleman (August 2) over the next few weeks.

Also one who loves to travel (having visited 35 countries), Rico’s 12 Weeks of Summer is the perfect soundtrack for strutting your international swag through airports while flying first class, and, of course, while chilling in a paradise location without a care in the world.

How You Make It is the first single in the series of releases coming at listeners starting July 12. It’s the first weekend of summer school and Rico is ready to to let loose and find some feminine attention. With a minimal but effective sonic foundation, Chad Rico lyrically ponders the finer aspects of how she makes it twerk like that and how she has him spending all his cash.

Sounds like the 12 Weeks of Summer isn’t wasting any time letting the good times roll!
