All American MC, C’Thru was born Chyrstian Carroll in Dallas Texas on August 12, 1984. Formerly known as Lil Chrys, he was bestowed the nickname C’Thru by a longtime friend. Raised in Oak Cliff, the Southwest side of Dallas, Texas, C’Thru attended D.A. Hulcy Middle School and Hillcrest and Skyline High School.

C’Thru still resides in Dallas and is without doubt one of the most versatile artists to come out of the region. Creating positive songs such as “Feel Good” and “Life” , street songs such as “Another World” and “Running” to thought provoking tracks such as “One Tyme” which all represents his upbringing, not to mention his surroundings. Oak Cliff’s social landscape is one of the most diverse in the world and C’Thru draws on its rich environment for inspiration.

Check out his debut album, “When Opportunity Meets Preparation”, it is sure to bless the mind of his listeners. It is available in stores now and online at Itunes, Amazonmp3 and CDBaby.

C’Thru’s talent is undeniable and he is set out to prove that he’s a well rounded MC that can’t be boxed in. He continues to gain popularity at an astonishing rate, and shows no sign of stopping soon. He’s just getting started.
