Genre-defying violinist and songwriter Deni Bonet has unveiled the official video for her new single, “All Around The World (Music Is Love),” a track that captures the joy of global collaboration and cultural unity. The song will appear on her forthcoming album Off The Record, arriving later this year.
Bonet’s inspiration for the piece comes from her role as a U.S. Arts Envoy in Zanzibar, where she taught and performed at the Dhow Countries Music Academy. That transformative experience led her to connect with Stone Town Rockerz, a collective of local musicians whose energy and artistry shaped the heart of the track.
The video, released today, blends vivid performance footage with personal scenes Bonet filmed during her time in Africa, grounding the song’s sweeping message of connection in lived experience.
Alongside Stone Town Rockerz, the recording showcases an impressive lineup of guest artists from the U.S. and U.K., weaving together a tapestry of sounds that range from rich vocal harmonies to bright brass arrangements—all anchored by Bonet’s unmistakable violin.
“The song, ‘(All Around The World) Music Is Love,’ was inspired by my time as a U.S. Arts Envoy in Zanzibar and features a collaboration with the incredible Stone Town Rockerz from Tanzania. The video includes some of the footage I shot while working in Africa. I believe more than ever that music connects us, lifts us up, and reminds us we’re not alone. As the lyric says, ‘In this crazy world, it’s our only hope… is love.’” – Deni Bonet
Uplifting, expansive, and deeply human, “All Around The World (Music Is Love)” is more than a single release—it’s a reminder of what music makes possible when borders dissolve and voices come together.
