Somewhere between Muscle Shoals and Motown is a little town near Memphis, TN where Zean Otey hides out making some of my favorite independent music. I love opening an email from Zean, I never really know what coolness he’s sending me, but I know it’s gonna be great.

He definitely stuck to that form with his latest “Get ‘Em Lord!” What a great way to start the day… a perfect reminder, especially at this season, when so many are thinking about topics like forgiveness and unrelenting love.

We’re fortunate to have friends like Zean who keep us on track and who send us Sneak Previews of their music before it’s officially released! You can get your own copy of “Get ‘Em Lord” on Friday the 25 of March at all your favorite outlets, and you can hear it in advance right here!

Zean set this one up so you can download it for free (for the next couple weeks) and be sure to click through to Soundcloud and read all about the inspiration for this song!
