Corpus Christi, Texas based singer/songwriter Jake Ward has released his newest timeless sounding country single “Lonely Street” off his album Love Don’t Live Here.

Known for their engaging, energetic live shows, Jake and his band of misfits have been building a buzz with their polished sound, well crafted songs and a slight dose of pop appeal.

“Lonely Street” is a slower, powerful ballad guaranteed to punch you right in the heart and jerk out the tears as you stroll down “…the only street that’s paved…”.

Jake and his band’s first single ever released to radio, “Hit The Road,” landed in the top 20’s on the Texas Regional Radio Report. With the success of their first single, the band is gearing up to release a second single to radio and finish their first full length album entitled “Love Don’t Live Here“. Currently, Jake and his band are touring around the state opening up for some of the biggest names in Texas country and playing venues they have always dreamed of. Their focus right now is to get their music out there to as many people as they can and just have fun doing what they love; making music and entertaining.
