Kevon Pagis Drops Visual for Mars, New Album Now Available

by Joshua (J.Smo) Smotherman October 7, 2016 10:40 am Tagged With: Hip Hop, Houston, Louisana, rap, United States

Kevon Pagis-Delirium

Kevon Pagis is more than just a rapper. His music comes packed with a layer cake of lyrical depth and a wisdom well beyond his years; especially considering the state of rap music in 2016.

Hailing from the dirty dirty by way of Louisana, Kevon is now in Houston back to the music full time after a short hiatus to raise his daughter. Speaking on the current state of his creativity, Pagis states,

My art is all over, its everything. I cover all views.. From being the shooter to the person being shot or from Gods perspective to the sinners perspective. I cultivate every emotion I ever had.”

As soon you click play on his video for Mars, you’ll immediately notice Kevon’s depth; not only from his refined lyricism but also in the symbology and artistic approach to the visuals.

Kevon’s album Delirium dropped on September 20th. You can preview the tracks on Soundcloud.

My personal favorite, at this moment, is Be Cool…this song just takes me back to some fly UGK, ridin’ with the windows down, bumpin’ it on 11 days.
