Bio

This new Nashville-based band is comprised of seasoned veterans and boasts an eclectic blend of personalities and diverse musical backgrounds.

Lead singer Erin Ashleigh is an experienced writer and possesses an inimitable voice. She has appeared on shows with country greats Toby Keith, John Conlee, the Oak Ridge Boys, Kitty Wells, Porter Wagner, and others. Erin is also a regular on the writers’ night circuit in Nashville, performing at the top venues, like the Bluebird Café, and with the best writers in all of Country Music. Keyboardist E.J. Ford is a gifted musician, who has played with a “who’s who” list of Soul, Blues, and R & B artists such as Scat Springs, Johnny Jones, Southern Soul singer Charles Wilson, Damien Horne of Muzik Mafia fame, and “The Color Purple” movie star, Maria Howell.

Guitarist A.J. Gonzalez and Bassist Andy Lewis previously played together in another band – Trip Aces. A.J.’s love for music began as a boy, his heaviest influence being Stevie Ray Vaughan. Andy’s influences include Aerosmith and the Meters. A solid bass player, he has played music around the world, including Hong Kong. Drummer Daniel Osborne was the captain of an award winning critically acclaimed drum line, received California statewide “Outstanding Soloist” honors in a drum line competition, and has performed all over the country with various groups of various styles.

This is the melting pot of talent that is Koriander!

As the collective attention span shrinks, Eddie Canyon finds himself searching for meaning within the noise. Reaching into and around his Arkansas roots, Eddie carves a distinctively southern Hip Hop undercurrent in his exploratory approach to music. Weaving tales of battling addiction, thoughts on spirituality, and irreverent social commentary into his lyrics, Eddie aims to intrigue his audience at the least, and at most, leave them with a liberating degree of thoughtfulness. In his own words: “The Matrix is real, but there’s a way out.” Support on Spotify or Bandcamp.
