“as much as I fux with ya…I fux without ya” -Myke Bogan

This may be the first time you encounter the name Myke Bogan, but it won’t be the last. In fact, if he has anything to say about it, people will be discussing him in reverent tones thousands of years after his death. On this new single, making its world premiere on our pages, the Midwestern buzzmaker states with Olympian confidence, “I’m bout to be a Legend.” Big Chawn‘s hazy, headphone-ready samples bang in the back as the rhymesayer contrasts his current circumstances with the titanic achievements he sees in his future. Will Bogan someday be mentioned in the same breath as Perseus, Hercules and Tupac Shakur? Only time will tell, but those who see potential for greatness in this Booth newcomer will most definitely want to check out his next project, Monkeys on the Beach, when it drops digitally March 5.
