This isn’t Rian Mac‘s first rodeo on these pages. We’ve previously featured their music and published an interview! As a refresher, Rian Music is an Oakland based collective that puts out positive, uplifting vibes through music. Another impressive aspect of Rian Music’s work is their work with emerging artists, providing a platform for them to get the hang of the creative and production processes. Let me put the brakes on the ramblings and side tangents to circle back to the main focus; Rian Mac is dropping a new single this week!

The title of that single is OverThinking. With a bluesy, pop rockin’ soundscape, OverThinking is a catchy, upbeat jam featuring catchy melodies, well placed harmonies, a really engaging song structure, and enough appeal to crossover to both pop and rock focused radio and playlists.

I’m a huge fan of the lead guitar runs throughout this well crafted, foot-tappin’, head noddin’ sonic journey through the process of OverThinking you…in the car, walking down the street, doing the dishes; why won’t you get out of my head already?! LOL 😉
