Ronjo V Release New Album Ronjoism (And It’s Awesome)

by Joshua (J.Smo) Smotherman May 2, 2016 1:14 pm Tagged With: Alternative, Austin, Rock, singer, songwriter, Texas, United States

Ronjo V

Ronjo V’s new album Ronjoism is a hauntingly lush aural experience and I recommend you buckle up and get ready to ride.

Ronjo V consists of two talented musicians, Ryan Joseph and Keith Morgan, who became musical partners in crime during college in Arkansas. Now in Austin, Texas where they opened 5th Street Studios, this powerful duo has delivered an intricately produced album that is as much a fantastic voyage through sound as it is a collection of songs forming a cohesive album.

Mix a little White Stripes with some Radiohead, sprinkle in a dash of Modest Mouse, and a pinch of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and you’ve got something similar to the refreshing originality that is Ronjo V.

This eclectic blend of sounds and textures immediately became a new favorite on my list of awesome indie music.

I also couldn’t agree more with the following quote,

Ronjo V’s songwriting projects an eclectic, haunting yet stoic examination of the world’.”
