Today I have something a little different from our usual band feature.

Singer/Songwriter Tyron Fatooros was born in South Africa but found his way to an upbringing in Northern Ireland.

The reason this feature is different than our typical articles is due to the fact Tyron has no polished, mastered album for us to listen to…yet. Accompanied by the vocals of close friend Claire Thompson, we have a collection of songs that demonstrate an individual’s true love for creating music.

Raw, unpolished recordings are always interesting because it leaves a listener no choice but to dig into the talent.

I think its important for all of us musician types to take a moment to think about when we first started creating our music. This is one of the reasons I did not turn away from this submission.

Mr. Fatooros has quite the potential for creating a solid album in his future and I am sure when that happens, Ms. Claire will be by his side. Maybe we will have a solid album to review from this duo soon.

If you can see past the quality of the recording and the production to experience Tyron’s talent, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

My advice to you, Tyron, is to learn how to create better recordings (ASAP) or find a friend or a good studio in your area that can help you take it to the next level.
