Singing contest to give away $1,000 cash grand prize
COLUMBIA, TN – Auditions for Joyful Noise Gospel Singing Competition, presented by Suayphil Entertainment are scheduled for October 20 at Christy’s 6th Street Restaurant and Café, 109 East 6th Street in Columbia.
Amateur Gospel, Christian, Inspirational and Contemporary music singers are encouraged to register. The main event takes place December 1, 2012 at Columbia State Community College’s Cherry Theater in Columbia.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase some of the area’s greatest musical talent on our city’s grandest stage,” says co-organizer Anson Anderson. “We want to give our community a great show this holiday season.”
In addition to the cash prize, the winner will also receive a professional press package, which includes a demo recording by Brandon SpankiNu Music for iTunes distribution, a professional photo shoot by ImaginAustin Productions and a written biography. The finalists will all take part in the Joyful Noise Concert Series once the contest ends. Suayphil Entertainment is producing the competition. This is their fourth production at Cherry Theater.
