the dt’s Take Over Rock n’ Roll with New Single “All In My Head”

by Leslie Sherman October 13, 2023 9:40 am

Based in Central Jersey (yes, that’s a real place), the dynamic duo known as the dt’s, comprising David Cacciatore and Tom Losito, boldly break free from categorization. They take pride in their diverse instrumental talents, ranging from guitars and bass to drums and even the piano. Their latest single, “All In My Head,” showcases their contemporary pop sensibility, vintage inspirations, and a deep affection for harmonious vocals.

In a world marked by modern anxieties and the veneer of social media, “All In My Head” delves into the apprehension surrounding genuine connections with those in our lives.

What sets them apart is their impressive multi-instrumental skills, spanning from guitars and bass to drums and even the piano. Their musical journey began when they first crossed paths at an open mic night in a local bar. Over the years, they honed their craft and embarked on tours across the United States before officially establishing themselves as the dt’s in early 2020.

The birth of this duo stemmed from an unrelenting desire for a fresh start. They embarked on a collaborative journey, writing and recording their music in the comfort of their own home studios. If you catch one of their live performances, you’ll witness them seamlessly transitioning through various genres, from rock to blues, power pop, and more. Their modern pop sensibility, combined with a diverse range of vintage influences, forms the foundation of their collective and individual songwriting prowess. Fearlessly experimental, they infuse their love for harmonies into their music.

In early 2022, they made waves with the release of their debut EP, “You With Me,” earning acclaim locally and regionally. The dt’s are now gearing up for the release of additional new material in the coming year, promising an exciting continuation of their musical journey. They continue to captivate audiences with their latest single, “All In My Head” out today.
