It wasn’t that long ago I published an article raving about the highly talented song crafters The Jorgensens. The duo is back with a new music video for their song Storyville.

Storyville is off their latest album The Lexington Stretch which was the topic of my previous feature.

The Jorgensens slow it down for a somber train ride through the night. Ok, ok so the train really isn’t moving in the video but the nighttime atmosphere, in an empty train car, definitely serves the perfect mood for the new visual treatment.

Packed with a whole lot of soul, some super sweet vocal harmonies, and mellow, lonely yet grabbing melodies, Storyville presents us with an intimate session with The Jorgensens. As you watch the video, you almost feel as if you’re in the train car listening to them perform for a tiny group of people; sharing stories through song.

I’ve watched this thing four times in a row. I’m fairly certain you’re going to dig it.
