Let’s dive a little deeper into You, the artist and your music. What attracted you to this genre(s) or style(s)?

There are so many avenues we want to explore within Dance Music .

We make what we love ! We don’t box our selfs in to one sound.

Nothing worse than killing a vibe if its there.

What led you into this journey with music? And further, what drives you to push it out to the public?

When we hit the clubs on the decks or as party goers , there’s no better feeling than seeing a crowd react to your own music. This is why we do it !

Who or what influences your creativity? Have your tastes in music changed over time?

Over time our idols have never changed just multiplied .

At the top of our list would be The Prodigy.

Our Earliest memories , thanks to our older brother, consist of a baby seat in the back of an RS Turbo with ’Breathe” Blasting out of the 6 by 9s.

Then there’s fellow Welshman Jamie Jones with his smooth “ Hot Creation “  vibes. He influences more of our chilled side like “Midnight Soul”

The list goes on and its full of greats.

Were you trying to accomplish anything specific on this new project? Creatively or otherwise?

With the Trutopia project , our main goal is to get people moving .

Creatively we want to express our selfs  through our music.

What was the last song you listened to?

Without sounding like a Shorditch Hipstahh it was Chuck Brown – Bustin Loose ( It was randomly on a Diry Bird Podcast ) but none the less love the tune !

Which do you prefer? Vinyl? CDs? MP3s?

MP3s as we only have pokey little London flat , be lucky if theres space for our laptops !

How about this one…. Do you prefer Spotify? Apple Music? Bandcamp? Or something else? Why?

Soundcloud is our personal preference as its easy to navigate and to find new undiscovered talents.

Other than the digital era overwhelming us with access to an abundance of music, what is the biggest challenge you face when trying to connect with or find new fans?

I wouldn’t say we have challenges , we just take every day as it comes and try to create our own opportunities to spread the Trutopia sound.

Where is the best place to connect with you online? Discover more music?

Anything else you’d like to add before signing off?

😉 Cheers guys.
