The Key by Canadian Pop Classical Sensation Aria Tesolin Soars to #5 on Hot 100 Singles Chart
Aria Tesolin’s radio hit The Key has reached the Top 5 in top radio singles chart and the #1 Indie Artist on Top 40 radio at New Music Weekly. On Friday Sept 20 Aria will perform live at The Rivolli in Toronto.
Former teen opera sensation singer Aria Tesolin, now twenty, has gone where few pop classical singers have gone since Andrea Bocelli, with her radio hit single The Key. Her unique pop classical style is young, hip and contemporary and engaging a cross generational audience.
The Key now plays on US Top 40 radio alongside pop music stars like Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, and Miley Cyrus, where it has soared to the Top 5 this week on the Hot 100 Singles Chart published by New Music Weekly. The Key has in also #9 on Top 40 and #8 on AC, making her the new #1 Indie artist in Top 40, a position formerly held by Fun, and Mumford & Sons in AC.
The Key is the lead single from Tesolin’s new album, Ascension, which features exciting new pop sensibilities to complement her classically trained operatic voice. Fans have described the singer’s strikingly beautiful voice as majestic, ethereal and mesmerizing. The Key is about falling in love in a dream. Music and lyrics for The Key were composed and written by Tesolin. A new music video for The Key will launch in September.
