Seattle based lo-fi, experimental, psychedelic, pop rock collective Basement Surfers deliver a truly unique and compelling sonic and visual experience through their live performances.

Human Music is the collective’s newest project and presents us with an atmospheric, aurally stimulating group of jams now available on Bandcamp (including Cassettes!).

Spreading across Washington State from Seattle to Olympia, this crew of talented music and arts creatives features as many as eight musicians on stage at any given time. Appearing in homemade cloaks and masks as well as implementing their custom made visual aids such as slime projections and video clips, it’s safe to say seeing Basement Surfers live is an experience you won’t find anywhere else!

Human Music consists of ten very strong, very groovy, lo-fi-psyche-pop-surf-rock vibes that will keep you engaged from the moment you click play until the last song ends.

If you’re like me, you will end up listening to this album multiple times. It is great music for just sitting back and vibing out.

Show your support by grabbing Human Music from Bandcamp.

You can stream their single Fine Art to Be Appreciated From A Toadstool on Soundcloud. The music video for Friend Vicodin is playing on YouTube.
