Ben Brookes-The Motor Car The Weather Balloon

Singer/songwriter Ben Brookes has delivered an impactful, melodic single Integration (Not Segregation) from his album The Motor Car and The Weather Balloon.

Having created music since before he was a teen, Ben Brookes is a seasoned veteran when it comes to creating excellent, memorable songs with potent hooks, engaging melodies and enough appeal to reach a wide range of listeners who enjoy rock, pop and the combination considered pop rock.

Injecting hope into a darkening world, Integration (Not Segregation) focuses on the importance of accepting one another despite color, culture or creed.

The Motor Car and The Weather Ballon is Ben’s first full length album and is supported by Martin-Guild, a label based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  With the help of Martin-Guild, Brookes’ album features some of the top musical talent around the Midwest including drummer Michael Bland (played with with Prince, Johnny Lang, George Benson, Chaka Khan, The Dixie Chicks, and Soul Asylum) as well as Greg Inhofer (keyboard credits on Bob Dylan’s album Blood On The Tracks) and Joey Molland (Badfinger) who played with George Harrison on his award-winning solo album All Things Must Pass. The album was produced by Mark Healy (Badfinger).

You can watch the video for Integration (Not Segregation) below or on YouTube.
