Cleveland’s Cloud Nothings (Carpark) made the lineup for Bonnaroo in the heart of middle Tennessee! Their high-energy post-punk pop rock will be  a welcome addition to the atmospheric synths and pounding EDM.

These guys kick ass! It’s been really hard for me to get into “modern” punk for a long time (yeah, I’m old, so what?). I think that mostly stems from a lack of maturity or deep thought that I hear in most of it. Well, Cloud Nothings have somehow broken that barrier. With their well written lyrics added to classic rock and punk structures and sounds, they hit the nail on the head.

Of course, I’m writing about classic structures while I’m lost off in the middle of the wacked-out and weird solo section of the 12 minute opus, “Wasted Days”

Yeah, guys, this one’s right up my alley, and I’ve got a bunch of friends that will love it, too!
