Dylan Taylor Provides Some Insight On I Hate The Way

by Joshua (J.Smo) Smotherman December 4, 2012 1:34 pm

I Hate The Way by Dylan Taylor

Don’t you hate those dreams where you suddenly realize you are on the school bus and you are naked? I know I do. So does Dylan Taylor.

In her newest single I Hate The Way, Dylan Taylor provides some insight into herself and the thoughts racing around her creative brain.

Dylan is a songwriter, performer, and guitarist from Atlanta, Georgia but you can find her playing regularly at Gavin DeGraw’s club in Nashville. She is currently touring the Central and Midwest US with her band.

Not only does she rock with a band, but she is known for her powerful solo acoustic appearances. Her music plays between the fields of folk, rock, and pop. Her songwriting skills shine on each track and she knows how to pull listeners in for a good story.

Dylan has been a busy lady. She has performed on Channel 5’s Words and Music and BalconyTV as well as  features on Lightning 100 WRLT and The Alternate Root Magazine in July 2012. Her song “I Like That” reached #1 on Dayton, Ohio’s WUDR plus she has received airplay on 90+ college stations across the US.

Ms. Taylor has been performing since age 13 and was fortunate enough to receive songwriting guidance from Grammy Award winning Harley Allen.

Well…that explains that!
