As Above, So Below – Enter the Musical Mind of Electronic Composer and Artist, Infinite State

Infinite State-As Above So Below

I don’t know about you but I enjoy jamming instrumental albums. Doesn’t really matter what style…as long as it grabs me, keeps me engaged and takes me on an unpredictable and thrilling journey through sound, I’m good to go.

Infinite State’s new album As Above, So Below does NOT disappoint. I’m happy to share this cinematic electronic/EDM/easy listening/new wave sonic voyage with you.

Infinite State is the creative mind of Kenneth Reitz, a software engineer who works in the cloud. He also creates exciting instrumental compositions. Music that seeps into your senses, works it way into the darkest corners of your being, and lifts you out of that dark place with frequencies crafted to positively resonate your metaphysical being while your physical sensory system is taken hostage.

Like reading a great book or enjoying an incredible film, As Above, So Below is a work of art. Intricate tapestries painted with an unmatched palette of electronic music wizadry. About the music, Infinite State claims,

…my music is an attempt to paint a picture what living inside my mind is like.”

Possibly our minds are similar. I’m loving this music.

Unpredictability, emotive melodies and rhythms, excellent musicianship, arrangements with plenty of nuance and well-balanced mixes provide a much needed and enjoyable listening experience. This music is not for simple minds but is perfect for those of us who require a little more potency in our mental, spiritual and aural stimulation!

If creating this music serves as therapy for Infinite State, that therapeutic essence emanates from the recordings as one listens through each of these 21 well-crafted electronic pieces. I can promise you I walked feeling less stressed than before I turned As Above, So Below up to 12 and let the sounds take over my office.

Connect with Infinite State on the official website, FB, Twitter or Soundcloud.
