Kim Copeland ProductionsOne of Nashville’s leading music production companies to offer comprehensive artist development services exclusively for its production clients

Nashville, TN …October 24, 2014 – One of Nashville’s most successful music production companies, Kim Copeland Productions (KCP), has added a comprehensive Artist Development branch to its organization that will be offered exclusively to their clients to help further their musical goals and career ambitions.

With the newly added artist development arm of the company, owner Kim Copeland and business partner Susan Tucker will work in tandem to offer assistance to their clients as they take their recording project beyond the studio. New services include performance coaching, vocal coaching, image consulting, social media training, business marketing, branding and more. These services are designed to bridge the gap for artists who have the talent but need development and direction in addition to a great recording project.

“We love discovering the uniqueness in each artist and helping them showcase their talent to the world”, says Copeland. “Whatever their ambitions, we want to give them all of the tools they need to succeed.”

“I’m so excited to be working with Kim in offering these great new services,” says Tucker. “It was the logical next step for us to combine all of the knowledge and experience we have to give our clients their best opportunity for success.”

Tucker, who moved to Nashville from Houston, Texas more than 25 years ago, began her career as a performing songwriter with a focus on the business side of music. She has also authored two books — The Soul of a Writer and The Secrets of Songwriting and has lectured at workshops and mentoring sessions all over the country, including Boston’s renowned Berklee School of Music. In addition to music publishing, Tucker has also worked extensively in artist management and promoted numerous live events. With her business acumen and deep connections throughout the Nashville business community, she is a key factor in helping KCP’s clients take that next step.

Throughout Copeland’s career as a performer, music producer, songwriter, vocal and performance coach, she has been recognized as one of Nashville’s top independent producers. She has worked with artists including Nashville Star finalist Rachel Williams, Tim Sweeney, Chris Monaghan, McKenna Faith and Leather & Lace, all whose projects have been critically-acclaimed and topped print and online music charts. As owner of one of the best-equipped studios in Nashville with years of experience in some of the nations’ top recording facilities, Copeland can offer clients the complete recording experience. As an established songwriter, her recent work has appeared in the movie, Frozen Ground starring Nicholas Cage and John Cusack. As a result of her extensive knowledge of the industry landscape, Copeland was featured along with music icon Michael McDonald and famed producer Tony Brown in The Art & Science of Sound, the acclaimed video series about music production and recording put together by world-renowned producer/artist Alan Parsons.

Located in the heart of Music Row, Kim Copeland Productions has access to some of the best musicians, songwriters and vocalists in the world.

“Since opening our doors more than 21 years ago, we have continued to grow and expand our services,” adds Copeland. “With the addition of this new comprehensive artist development program, we are now able to offer anything and everything an indie artist needs to launch or further their career in the music industry.”

The business office for Kim Copeland Productions is located at 1216 17th Avenue South.

The recording facility is located at 1204 17th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212.
