Turkish progressive hard rockin’, metal creative Kivanc Kilicer has released the video for Devil’s Thought, the new single off his EP Dew On Roses (check out the amazing, chill-inducing artwork).

Starting off in 2007 as the frontman for Element, Kivanc soon realized there was a creative force inside of him that could not be contained. After two studio albums, Kilicer trekked out on his own as the solo project Gravity.

Unable to contain the everlasting resource of melody and riff inside of me, I couldn’t just enjoy listening to and covering music. Therefore I decided composing my own… My main interest has always been a blend of progressive rock and symphony; both of which require special attention on emotions, balance and clarity.”

He eventually built his own studio and the creativity began to flow non-stop.

It was another level for me where I finally created my first solo tracks at an international scale. A brand new experience, a brand new world.”

Devil’s Thought is a visual roller coaster ride of emotion evoking imagery and sounds that lean toward the darker side.

Displaying Kivanc’s ability to craft a great sounding, well written, pristinely produced song, Devil’s Thought also manages to pack in his technical ability to blaze out the gut punching, spine tingling guitar solos and instrumental breaks.
