Sweden based Hip Hop artist Lil T-Shirt has delivered a hard-hitting, hypnotic, somewhat dark summer love anthem that can easily fit into any urban music playlist for any season. The title is Summer. The single and music video are now available!

Growing up near Stockholm, Lil T-Shirt came up in the hardcore and punk scenes. However, in secret, the talented artist was working on his own blend of slow and emotional urban pop. Not afraid to experiment, Lil T-Shirt’s sound has developed into a fine balance of sample blending while using auto-tune as a creative tool on top of a minimalist approach to his compositions.

Focusing on themes of romance and young love, Flowers / Lovers, Lil T-Shirt’s first full-length album, presents listeners with a strong foundation of dreamy, emotional, soulful, R&B-infused pop.

Directed by Ottilia Wahl, the music video for Summer drops us into the middle of a mysterious situation leaving viewers to wonder what could have possibly led to the potential sacrifice of the lead male character. In the director’s words,

Summer is the dark ending to a love story – a young woman drives her lover out to the countryside to have him killed by her friends. We don’t know why, if he knows what’s about to happen, if he goes willingly or not, or what has happened between them. We will never know.
