Merv Pinny-Twisted Minds

Prepare to have your socks rocked off, your faces melted, and your sensory system kicked into overdrive as you click play on Merv Pinny’s new single Twisted Minds.

Who is Merv Pinny?!?!

Don’t worry, I scratched my head and thought the same thing. Apparently we’ve been missing out! Let me summarize what we’ve missed (so far).

Merv Pinny has achieved the following. And I promise he isn’t slowing down.

  • He is an award winning artist with 20 million+ views and streams and 340,000+ followers.
  • Awarded Best Rock Single for “Destiny” Waikato Rock Awards.
  • Awarded Best Rock Song and Best Rock Video for “OB can you hear the children cry” by The Akademia 2016.
  • Acquired 14,000,000+ views on “OB can you hear the children cry” making is a viral hit.
  • “OB can you hear the children cry” also charted #1 in US internet radio charts.
  • “Wipe Out” charted #1 on Deezer’s digital charts in New Zealand.
  • “Wipe Out” received honorable mention in The Ark of Music’s Top 10 Singles of 2017.
  • “Wipe Out” song has received over one million likes across social media platforms.

On top of these awards and accolades for his masterful song crafting, Merv also headlined shows at the Tall Ships Festival (2017) and the Sound Garden Festival (2017).

As soon as I clicked play to listen to Twisted Minds, the immediate thing I noticed was Merv’s energy. Twisted Minds hits you hard and fast like a shot of adrenaline.

Chunky, beautifully distorted guitars create an unrelenting wall of sound that gets your adrenaline pumping, your blood flowing faster and may cause you to raise a fist (or two) in the air to express the intensifying levels of energy being fueled by Pinny’s no-holds-barred, hard rockin’ onslaught of frequencies.

Within the first minute of listening, I was jumping out of my chair, grabbing my air guitar, and jamming along like there was going to be no tomorrow. The louder you pump the volume, the better it sounds!

Merv Pinny gained a new fan today. Now it’s your turn.
