Run and look for cover, the New Rationals are about to blow up soon! 

As I pressed play on this band for the first time, I immediately thought Ben Gibbard had yet another band (Death Cab, Postal Service etc ) but something was different this time.

These songs and vocalist had a certain edginess, rawness, and GROOVE! After reading their bio, it’s no shock they all come from a “Heavier” music background, as it peaks its head through these more laid back creative tracks. 

The reverb and delay hit you with a trance like melody that wont hold you for long due to the punchy drums and bass line which will whip you back into the reality, and the reality is the New Rationals are an awesome f*cking band ! 

2 Singles have officially been released “Middle of No When” and “A Montage of Entendres” seemingly leading up to EP or possible album titled “I’ll Jump If You Jump”
