Repeatedive Releases Latest Single, In My Heart I Say Fuck This World

Repeatedive-In My Heart I Say Fuck This World

Taipei, Taiwan based indie rockers Repeatedive have arrived with their punk rock infused single titled In My Heart, I Say Fuck This World.

Depending on the day and my mood, I can totally relate to this sentiment. In true grunge/punk rock fashion, Repeatedive tackle this topic over a distorted sound bed of loud, noisy guitars, thick bass notes and gritty drums.

Repeatedive originally formed in May of 2016. The group played a mix of original music as well as Nirvana covers during events at their high school. The name, Repeatedive, is a reflection of the band’s multiple hiatuses and the roller coaster ride of emotions that came along with that uncertainty.

Adding more layers to the band name, Repeatedive is also a symbol and representation for the fact their music is for the underdogs in the world; those who feel stuck on the losing side of life. The day-to-day struggle and our “repeated dives” into that struggle add more potency and brilliancy to a unique band name.

Prior to this single, the band released a demo EP exclusively to Soundcloud. It was called 7F. They continued using Soundcloud as their primary platform for connecting with new listeners. The band includes talented creatives: Alan Yang (guitar and vocals), Larry Chen (bass) and Baron Jan (drums).

For fans who love their rock in the vein of 1990s era grunge from the Pacific Northwest U.S., Repeatedive is going to fit right into your rock/punk/grunge playlists and music collections. Their infusion of Taiwanese cultural and musical influences give the band a little extra spice.

Listen to In My Heart, I Say Fuck This World on YouTube or Apple Music.

Make sure you keep listening until the 2:50 mark when the song heavily intensifies and the band starts to let it all out! RAWK!
