The Currys’ debut album is titled “Follow”, and it will be released 29 April 2014. I have really enjoyed this album, the vocals remind me of Burlap To Cashmere, who I really like so this was a real treat for me. These guys have some serious talent. Beautiful, harmonious vocals pour over you as you tap and sway along with the music.

The songs ‘Water From the Well’ and ‘Hollow Bones’ are probably my two favorites and they really show the dedication of these musicians to their craft. And although this is a debut album, these guys have performed regionally for years and have even toured the Irish countryside with their music. It was the success of that tour around Ireland that lead up to this album. I hope to have the chance to catch these guys at a live show. I will be recommending this one to everyone I know!

Though Follow marks The Currys’ official debut, they have performed regionally for some time. After appearing on a public broadcast of From the Heart Music Hour, the trio was heard by Grammy Award-winning country artist Billy Dean, who subsequently invited them to perform during his headlining set at the 60th Florida Folk Fest. The group gained a regional following, and in August of 2012 they were asked to headline a tour across Ireland, which was captured in a Florida regional PBS documentary.
