The Serotones Announce Acoustic Tour in New York

by Featured Guest January 27, 2015 10:37 am Tagged With: Acoustic, Alternative, Pop, Rock

The Serotones

The new Long Island rock band ‘The Serotones’ are set to begin their first tour in the greater New York area on February 10th at The Bowery Electric @ 9:30 PM in New York City’s lower east side. The event is free and open to 21+ fans. Kevin Eiserman, April Rose Gabrielli & James Humphreys will be playing songs from their debut EP ‘The Serotones’ that was self-released in November. The trio also plans to stop by various open mic nights at venues such as The Bitter End and the Sidewalk Cafe.

The Serotones are a five-piece alternative rock band from Long Island, New York featuring Matt Cusano (Bass), Kevin Eiserman (Vocals/Guitar), April Rose Gabrielli (Keys/Vocals), Jared Gabrielli (Drums) and James Humphreys (Guitar). The group began as a duo when musicians Kevin Eiserman and Jared Gabrielli met in 2011 and began to develop a collection of ‘feel-good’ music, thus developing the name “The Serotones.” Eventually, the group expanded adding Matt Cusano, April Rose Gabrielli, and most recently James Humphreys. All five members write songs for the group, making the creative process an intense and joint effort.

The Serotones EP is currently available on iTunes, Spotify and for physical purchase on their website. The EP was produced by Mike Watts (The Dear Hunter, As Tall As Lions) and recorded at VuDu Studios in Port Jefferson, NY. The group’s debut received a great response across the U.S and Canada; charting on over fifteen radio stations since mid-October.
