Los Angeles + Paris hard rockers TALIA have definitely won the award for best album title with their new release Thugs They Look Like Angels.

So what about the music?

This music is the sound of some hard rockin’, angelic thugs backed by an arsenal of amp cabinets, a bad ass drum set, and the ability to rock your socks off with a consistent stream of well-crafted, punk-infused songs which will leave you breathless after an irresistible, intense jam session with your air instrument of choice.

It’s no surprise this group of high caliber talent has opened for Soul Asylum in Los Angeles at Whisky A GoGo or for Reverned Horton Heat, The Datsuns, Lonely the Brave plus rockin’ 100+ shows in Paris, France.

You also shouldn’t be surprised that TALIA has been featured in the French edition of Rolling Stone magazine.

Thugs They Look Like Angels is a ten track sonic assault catapulting us through a world of misadventure where reality clashes with fantasy, tyrants dominate imaginary cities, and evasion seems like a really good idea.

This would also be the perfect soundtrack for running away from a herd of flesh-eating, brain digesting zombies…assuming the zombie apocalypse were to fall upon us and you were to need some great running music.
