Moons of Mars – Take It Easy

Moons of Mars is an indie pop duo (brothers) from Los Angeles. Since the release of their EP ‘Free to Fly’ (April 2015), the guys have released 3 singles, all of which have received solid air play on LA’s premier alternative rock stations. “Poolside” was the first track released since the EP; it was featured on Spotify’s Fresh Finds playlist garnering several thousands of new ears. “X” was released before the end of 2015 and was the first Moons of Mars track to reach #1 on KROQ’s Locals Only with Kat Corbett. Moons of Mars kicked off the year headlining School Night! at Bardot in Hollywood as they celebrated the release and radio success of “X.” Recent Valentine’s Day release, “Psycho Lover,” was described as a song “that is incredibly infectious and mind-altering.” Since that time the band has performed in LA and continued to write. Moons of Mars is prepping for the release of ‘Take It Easy,’ a song they feel clearly shows how they are progressing musically as band and the direction they are headed.
