Ghanaian-American MC Blitz the Ambassador has been pioneering a unique blend of Hip-Hop and Afro-Beat for a while. His sound caught the attention of Legendary Public Enemy front man Chuck D who recently tweeted some powerful words about Blitz. He’s collaborated with pan-African artists from Sean Kuti, to Angelique Kidjo, to Nneka, to many more! Following the release of his highly successful album ‘Afropolitan Dreams’, the globetrotting MC returns with a new single JuJu Girl and a video which captures his signature mix of of vintage African sounds and Classic Hip-Hop elements. With all the buzz surrounding Blitz’s his new work, it came as no surprise that NPR said “Blitz the Ambassador has been gearing up for major glory” and HighSnobiety predicted Blitz to be one of the 20 Hip-Hop Artists to watch in 2015.
