Audacity – Dirty Boy

Hyper Vessels is out now on Suicide Squeeze and from the opening bedlam of barnburner “Counting The Days”, Audacity demonstrate that while their songwriting has become more nuanced, their delivery has gotten more savagely precise. With recording duties handled by longtime friend and tourmate Ty Segall, Audacity sound like they’ve finally found someone who can capture the frenetic drive of a song like “Hypo”, the off-kilter hook of “Riot Train”, the undeniable melodic appeal of “Fire”, and the cowpunk influence of “Previous Cast”. It can be tricky to juggle the bubblegum with the piss-and-vinegar, but it’s a duality Audacity embraces!
Harn SOLO – Ms. Understood ft Abeasity Jones

Feral Love – Like The Wind
Feral Love formed when Adele Emmas and Christian Sandford emerged from the ashes of BIRD, a band who were on the cusp of success having played BBC Radio 6 Music’s festival alongside Damon Albarn and Haim, were championed extensively by the UK music press and had their music featured on TV’s Sky Sports, The Killing and The Messengers. When BIRD suddenly disappeared, Emmas and Sanford spent a year in a damp, windowless basement studio writing, emerging only when they knew they’d arrived at the sound they’d been striving for.
Creepers – Lost
Creepers is a band from the San Francisco Bay Area that formed in 2010. Originally consisting of Shiv Mehra (Deafheaven) on guitar and vocals and Daniel Tracy (Deafheaven) on drums, the duo performed around the Bay playing their own brand of surreal psychedelic rock. Eventually, they would recruit guitarist Chris Natividad (Golden Drugs, Useless Eaters) and bassist Varun Mehra to complete their lineup. Their first LP Lush was released on All Black Recording Company in 2014. In 2016, Andrew Oswald (Recorded Fell Voices, Ash Borer, Black Spiritual, +more) replaced Varun Mehra on bass and Ross Peacock (Mwahaha, Clipd Beaks) was added on synths and electronics. They are currently working on a release slated for next year.
MISTEYES – Decapitated Rose
Turin, Italy-based symphonic gothic metal band, MISTEYES, have released a lyric video for the track “Decapitated Rose” from their debut album ‘Creeping Time’, released by Canadian label Maple Metal Records on April 8th. Formed in 2012, 7-member band MISTEYES describe themselves as “light and dark metal”.
KissMeKate – Clementine
Indie-pop artist, KissMeKate announces the release of her brand new single, “Clementine,” the lead track from her debut album, which slated for release in April 2016. The self-written project was produced by friend and producer Andres Rebellion (Marina & The Diamonds). On the upcoming full-length, the LA-based artist reveals her very personal life experiences – topics range from death, sexuality and love and all depict her skillful storytelling.
Pürple – I Don’t Mind
Pürple: Unshakable choruses combine with a jam band improv style – each gig is like opening a can of ear worms. The sound of 60s carefree jangle pop is complimented by a 90s slacker-rock style acquiescence of their young hot lives. Put Neil Young & Pavement in a blender, and watch them weep as you drink a smoothie made from their heroes.
Based in Brighton and beyond, Pürple have gained favour from indie up & comers Get Inuit and California’s Gap Dream by warming their Brighton crowds. Expect good times.
Kyosi – Early Riser
After studying voice at the Eastman School of Music, Ithaca College, Kyosi began producing music in 2008, while also managing a non-profit music studio for inner city youth and singing backup vocals for a band based in Ithaca, NY. Kyosi moved to New York in 2011 to expand her musical knowledge and grow as a solo artist.
David Trull – Beautiful World
Rooted in his love for The Allman Brothers, The Derek Trucks Band, and all things the blues, David Trull’s music journey started in his native St. Louis, where he was a regular live feature. After finding success with his college trio Bourbon & Bitters and releasing his solo debut EP, Trull found himself working a mundane office job after college. Frustrated with the lack of creative expression, he decided to quit his job and embark on the Camino de Santiago, an ancient 500 mile pilgrimage route across France and Spain. The result was Coin Toss, composed entirely on the journey. “Beautiful World,” the first single from the album, gives us a sample of Trull’s penchant for thoughtful lyricism and melodic blend of folk with strong country and blues influences.
